Kate's 2nd Birthday

Kate turned 2 on March 27th. We decided to do a family party for her this year and celebrated during the afternoon and evening of the 28th. We decorated and ate cupcakes and cake, had a video chat with my sister and her children, did some finger painting, played with play doh, and enjoyed Kate's birthday gifts. Thanks to friends and family who sent birthday wishes and gifts to help make her day extra special!!

Pennsylvania and St. Patrick's Day

Last week we took a little field trip to Pennsylvania and spent a couple of days with my sister, Stephanie, and her children. We had such a great time!! The cousins had so much fun playing and my sister and I had a wonderful time catching up face to face. The weather was beautiful and we were happy to spend lots of time outside soaking up the sun. We managed to cram lots into our short time and are looking forward to our next get together!! Celebrating St. Patty's day together was definitely a highlight. Enjoy!
