While my hubby is in China, my goal is to keep this blog updated with glimpses into our daily lives. There will be a little of everything, both the mundane and the exciting, so enjoy what you will and pass on the things that only a Daddy would care about. :)
The beautiful view from our temporary apartment was a bit foggy when we woke up this morning. It was actually the perfect type of weather for a day filled with fevers and sleep-deprived family members.
Isaac was fighting a sore throat and fever all day today. The highlight of his day was catching up with his Dad via Skype this morning.

School started today and due to the fact that Kate and Isaac were both battling fevers (although Kate was much better today), we just eased into things and will jump in with both feet by the end of the week.
After naps (all of us slept except for Isabelle), the two oldest had some "screen time". I was all about handing out extra screen time today. That's what happens when Mom doesn't sleep much the night before.
After dinner Isaac was feeling a little better, so we broke out a couple of games.
Mom caught up on some email and a bit of blogging while everyone watched a few episodes of Flinstones before we did our bedtime reading.
Beautiful sunset. The rain ended and the skies cleared a couple of hours before bedtime. Tomorrow is supposed to be beautiful!

ReplyDeleteThank you for taking the time to post the pictures. Managing illness, school, let alone the three kiddos leaves little time for much, let alone uploading photos and blogging. Thanks also for your unending support, love, and patience. Your willingness to chat on the phone adn skype for hours over the last several days was a Godsend...literally. Love you and miss you more than you know.
