Dean, we just want you to know how much we missed you this week and how much we were anticipating your homecoming. :) We tried not to be completely devastated when your flight was cancelled on Thursday night and were so excited that you were, unexpectedly, able to come home on Friday night. We finished school early on Friday and made a list of things we could do to enjoy our day and make the time fly by. We baked cookies, did some painting, played in the snow and played games. We were all so excited that you could join us in our last few rounds of Flippin' Frogs. :)

ReplyDeleteThis post made me cry...in the library of all things. The anticipation of Daddy coming home, thinking of everything that can be done to pass the time, and then the arrival. Thank you Lord for mommies and daddies and little children who love them and are loved by them.
